Summary: The room given was not what I paid for. They joined the 2 single beds together with out and mattress topper. The switch by the bedside was not even working, The LED light above the bed was broken. The bathroom had mould on in it and was leaking. The shower head was not working properly. They changed the room next day. They gave a us a room with a double bed instead of KING size bed and very small room. I paid for a standard KING bed room. I complained about this but it was to deaf ears. I would not rate this Hotel as a 5 star Hotel. The dining area is like you are in 3 star hotel. The breakfast does not have a lot of options as a 5star hotel. Some of the staff do not have any customer service.
