Positive: Clean, new apartments in couple steps from the St.Nicolas Church. You've got everything inside. Fridge, Washing machine, Dishwashing machine, comfy bed, sofa, TV and the balcony. We've really liked it!

Negative: As in all new buildings walls are thin. If you will not be lucky with the neighbors you will here it all. But it's not crowded there.
