Summary: We wanted a better room, as Standard rooms are never 5 Star, not even 4 stars. We were ready to pay for the upgrade. The friendly receptionist was no allowed to decide that and so I was waiting for 15 minutes for a de idion or the manager then I left. I never heard from them again.
