Positive: The resort is large but everything is walking distance including the beach (for able bodied people). The rooms are spacious and have shower, mini fridge, balcony, closet space, safe, hairdryer and lots of mirrors. Maids came to clean every day. Mini bar replenished with soft drinks. Large fridges with water bottles were placed near bars and in restaurants. The food was a lot better than the reviews will have u believe! Fresh meat and fish cooked on grill in eve. Huge variety of different foods. Toastie maker available in the morning. Food on tap by the pool and by the beach- basic nuggets and fries and also fresher food cooked eg pizzas and meat / fish. If u want something fresh just ask nicely !!! Staff were happy to help. The Patisserie was great- kids loved it- ice cream was the best. The staff were mostly all friendly and lovely. Few moody faces especially one lady on reception who seems constantly miserable but the majority were great. It was very busy in August so you have to get up early to get loungers together if you are in a big group. Not many British there, lots of the other guests seemed moody / hostile at times which is nothing to do with the hotel but strange behaviour for ppl on holiday 🤣🤣

Negative: Some smells near bars and also on ground floor. This was minor overall though. There were cats and kittens which was lovely but some guests had given them meat which was left all over the floor in the sun- not the hotel fault - but meat left to rot in sun will likely cause illness. Moody lady on reception and in sushi place. Unpleasant attitudes which was in big contradiction to the rest of the staff.

Summary: Really family friendly, fun resort, plenty to do and eat / drink.
