Positive: Our stay at Crystal Floral Resort Beach was truly wonderful! The facilities were excellent, the restaurants offered great food with plenty of variety, and the views were absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time by the sea. The staff were always kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to help us — his amazing service really made our trip extra special
