With a total area of 300 square meters, facing due south and opening onto a large garden of over 8,000 square meters, the house is bathed in sunlight as soon as the sun comes out. It offers spacious common areas for gathering—a large 60-square-meter living room, a large dining table opening onto a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that seats 15—as well as beautiful, spacious bedrooms for quieter moments.
