Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location and the receptionist was the best. He was very kind and helpful. Best highlight of this hotel.

Negative: Unfortunately it doesn't look like a 4 starts hotel. First of all it was dirty and dusty. The bed sheets were looking very used. In the bathroom the ceiling was peeling off and there was still tooth paste on the glass for the toothbrush, the sink was chipped. From the toiletries there was only shampoo and shower gel, which were so thin, like water. The breakfast was very poor. In a country where there are so many sweets, there was not even a piece of baklava, not to say cake or something else. The machines juices and coffee, old and dirty and the taste of their product undrinkable. To be honest we were very disappointed with the cleanliness, facilities and breakfast. Again, not a 4 stars hotel level unfortunately.

Summary: Very disappointed with the quality of the hotel, however the gentleman from the reception was very polite and helpful.
