Positive: The hotel is in a great location, offering a ski room with trainers and equipment available for rent. The restaurant served good-quality food with a wide variety of options. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Negative: Due to full occupancy, the lobby was extremely crowded with luggage, and my bags were left scattered. The porter was unhelpful, although the reception staff later assisted and handled the situation. The room was not properly cleaned; we found hairs on the table, and the balcony was covered with broken beer glass, which was unsafe as I was staying with children and had to request cleaning. During checkout, I was wrongly charged 350 TRY for drinks from the ski café that I did not order. There was no signature—only my family name was used—raising serious concerns about guest information security, especially as we were in our room at the time of the charge. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Summary: Good location and food, but poor cleanliness, luggage handling issues, and a billing error made the stay disappointing.
