Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views that make the hotel feel very special. The swimming pool is definitely one of the highlights—it's spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. We also loved the cozy seating area tucked away under the stairs leading to the pool, which was a lovely, quiet place to unwind. The rooftop restaurant is another standout feature. Having breakfast there every morning with the panoramic views was a wonderful experience and a great way to start the day. Overall, the location, views, pool, and rooftop restaurant made our stay very enjoyable.

Negative: The hotel appears to be in the middle of a change of ownership, as many things seemed to be in transition during our stay. The reception staff were quite inexperienced and rather reserved. Unfortunately, they did not provide us with any information about the hotel, its facilities, or the surrounding area. The swimming pool itself was excellent and one of the highlights of the hotel. However, the pool bar and relaxation area were completely out of service throughout our stay, which was disappointing. Room service did not come to our room during the three days we stayed at the hotel. Although our terrace was pleasant, the artificial grass was already worn and in need of replacement. Sound insulation throughout the hotel is also below the standard you would expect from a property of this category, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Overall, the hotel feels like it was a true luxury property about ten years ago, but today it seems to be past its prime. The pool and the rooftop views are still outstanding, but many other aspects need attention and improvement for the hotel to meet the expectations of a luxury stay. That said, considering the price we paid, I would still say it offered good value for money. With some investment and better management, this hotel has the potential to become an excellent place to stay once again.
