The grounds of the villa are surrounded by garden lighting together with pool lights which provide practical yet atmospheric lighting during the lovely warm evenings. The property benefits from a variety of seating areas with 2 sets of tables and chairs, 6 sun loungers and a hammock, as well as a paved barbecue area to the side of the property. There is a large barbecue on the paved area together with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, which benefits from the dappled shade of the almond tree in the evening. The spacious lounge has an open fireplace with wood burning stove, air conditioning, 2 and 3 seater settees, 1 armchair and a coffee table, all of which easily accommodates 6 people.
