The lack of public transportation options and the language barrier can make it difficult to navigate the area. Additionally, there are limited evening activities within walking distance of the hotel. There were also some issues with the room service. Despite repeated requests, the tea and coffee mugs in the room were not replaced. This made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings. The hotel staff, while friendly, did not seem to make much effort to engage with guests or offer assistance. This could be due to a language barrier, as many of the staff members did not speak English well. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Overall, the B Business & SPA hotel has some positive aspects, such as the spacious rooms and reasonable price, but the secluded location, transportation challenges, and limited amenities may be drawbacks for some guests.
