It is located in a former hotel called "Azur du lac" in the hamlet of Bredannaz and has the following features: - 180m2 of total surface area - 4 bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with a single bed and a cot - an office with a double sofa bed - a large living room with a breathtaking view of the lake - a fully equipped kitchen also with a superb view of the lake - a large terrace with a barbecue and an 8-seater garden table - a private lakeside area with a dock - a parking space with two spaces private PGJyPg PGJyPg We cherish this place, which has incredible charm, and we are working to renovate it over time to our tastes. The bike path is a 3-minute walk away and shops are a 20-minute walk (5 minutes by car). It's the ideal place to enjoy privileged access to the lake
