Positive: Everything was outstanding during our stay: every staff member was very kind and professional, food was delicious everywhere (our favorite was Cuphea restaurant), the hotel territory is big and beautiful + you can also use the sister hotel’s facilities. Special thank you to the bartenders at Balcon bar who always made us incredible cocktails (both from the menu and improvised) - Ezgi and her colleague who created the menu (sorry, I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately). It was the best hotel we have ever been to in Turkey! Thank you very much!
